One of the main features of Dominoes PlayDrift is multiplayer mode. You can play online with up to three friends. Additionally, there is also a singleplayer mode where you can play against bots or local players.

There are three different game modes to choose from: Muggins, All Fives, and Block. In Muggins and All Fives, you score fives with the spinner. In Block mode, you play all Domino bones and score having the fewest left. Finally, there is Draw mode, which is like Block, but you draw from the boneyard when blocked.
